Warranty and Service Guarantee Policy

Policy Summary

Invise Solutions warranties it’s labor for a period of 45 days. This warranty is immediately void under certain circumstances, such as accessing pornographic material, torrenting, performing changes to the computer outside its normal use. Invise Solutions and its technician’s make the final say. See full list of warranty voiding conditions below.

Refunds under Service Guarantee for home customers within 10 days using Manager override – As long as you have met the outlined criteria, including allowing us to perform warranty service (free) to try to correct the computer problems you are still encountering, you absolutely will qualify for a refund.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee all of our service (labor) work for a period of 45 days. Personal computer services only, Service Guarantee does not apply to Business customers, different policies cover them. As part of our Service Guarantee and satisfaction guarantee, we can refund you for the services (labor) you paid for using a Manager override within the first 10 days, as long as you meet the criteria below.

  • The services (labor) did not resolve your problem.
  • You have brought the computer or device back for warranty service (free).
  • Computer problems still persist after warranty service.
  • Problems are not caused by hardware failure.

If you have met the above criteria, the next step you need to do in order to obtain a full refund for the services you paid for, is to document through video or screenshots, the problems you are still encountering with your computer or device, and email this to us, demonstrating that we have been unable to correct your computer problems. Refunds are issued immediately once email verification has been completed.

The reason we require screenshots or other emailed documentation, is that computer problems stem from a multitude of different sources. For example, often we receive calls about various things not working on Jane’s computer, because she saw we were down the hall fixing Tom’s printer, or similar such situation; all of a sudden the IT company is responsible for the source of the problems Jane is experiencing. We need to be able to verify that the issues indeed deserve a refund because we have been unable to correct them.

This is also part of our honesty and transparency commitment. We will not make our refund process complicated or impossible to complete.

Refunds

Once your received your email documentation, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your documentation. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

We issue refunds immediately to the original method of payment, minus any fees incurred during the transaction. There is often some processing time with your  bank or financial institution before a refund is posted. We suggest waiting 10 days before getting concerned, most refunds will arrive within this time frame.

If you still haven’t received a refund yet after 10 days, first check your card or bank account again. You may need to reboot your phone and/or clear the cache on the app you are using.

Next contact your card or bank institution to inquire about why your refund has not been posted, they will be able to review the account and determine if the transaction was received or denied.

No Lemon Policy / Exchanges

At Invise Solutions, we have a guaranteed 7 day no lemon policy for all new computers purchased through us, excluding classifieds, Facebook, and KSL sales. We can offer free corrective services, replacement, or exchange, if the computer is found to be defective or damaged by us. Many other retailers will not honor any returns, refunds, or exchanges, even if you hate the computer, wanted something different, or even wanted a different operating system, such as Chromium OS.

We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review, test, and use your computer, laptop, or other products covered under this policy.

We may honor this policy with a Manager override after the 7 day period, granted the situation calls for it; for example, it’s been 10 days and you absolutely hate the computer. Invise Solutions and it’s technicians make the final say.

We may also honor this policy with no service fees or costs, with a Manager override, in situations where a particular service or additional computer support will fix the problem. Examples include, setting up parental controls, reinstalling the operating system, helping you install updates. Most overrides can, and do happen within 30 days. Please keep in mind, Invise Solutions and its technicians make the final say. Free support and labor hours are not included with our computers unless stated on your receipt or invoice, it is up to our discretion.

Warranty Voiding Conditions

A small list of warranty void conditions.

  • Damage due to natural causes, storms, wind, water, ice, fire, snow, hail, rain, cold or hot temperature.
  • Acts of God.
  • Accessing pornographic material.
  • Tampering, modifying, disassembling, or otherwise performing any changes to the computer outside normal use.
  • Hardware problems are not covered under our service warranties.
  • Invise Solutions and its technicians make the final say.

Shipping Returns

You must obtain approval before shipping anything back to our office.
