Refund and Returns Policy

Policy Summary

We offer refunds and returns for all tangible or physical purchases from our store within 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We also cover new computers under our No Lemon Policy. Certain situations may qualify for Manager override, Invise Solutions and its technicians make the final say. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Types of products that can be returned are physical products, such as new computers or laptops. All returns may be subject to a return fee and possible shipping costs back to the vendor. Our vendor determines any return fees for physical hardware components and computers.

Non-Returnable Items

Any and all services, digital purchases, the store items Make Payment and Pay Invoice.

All used and refurbished computers, desktops, and laptops. See No Lemon Policy.

All classifieds sales, such as from KSL, Facebook Market Place, etc., are final. These sales are considered “as-is” and final; no warranties are express of any kind; any defects, cosmetic, physical, or software problems are not covered under any of our warranty, refund, or return policies.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Memberships
  • Subscriptions, such as Silver, Gold, Diamond, Saphire, or Platinum.
  • Pre-Pay Services, Onsite Hours
  • Digital Purchases
  • Software products and software licenses

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

We issue refunds immediately to the original method of payment, minus any fees incurred during the transaction, or restocking fees. There is often some processing time with your  bank or financial institution before a refund is posted. We suggest waiting 10 days before getting concerned, most refunds will arrive within this time frame.

If you still haven’t received a refund yet after 10 days, first check your card or bank account again. You may need to reboot your phone and/or clear the cache on the app you are using.

Next contact your card or bank institution to inquire about why your refund has not been posted, they will be able to review the account and determine if the transaction was received or denied.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

No Lemon Policy / Exchanges

At Invise Solutions, we have a guaranteed 7 day no lemon policy. We can offer free corrective services, replacement, or exchange, if the computer is fund to be defective or damaged by us. Many other retailers will not honor any returns, refunds, or exchanges, even if you hate the computer, wanted something different, or even wanted a different operating system, such as Chromium OS.

We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review, test, and use your computer, laptop, or other products covered under this policy.

We may honor this policy with a Manager override after the 7 day period, granted the situation calls for it; for example, it’s been 10 days and you absolutely hate the computer. Invise Solutions and it’s technicians make the final say.

We may also honor this policy with no service fees or costs, with a Manager override, in situations where a particular service or additional computer support will fix the problem. Examples include, setting up parental controls, reinstalling the operating system, helping you install updates. Most overrides can, and do happen within 30 days. Please keep in mind, Invise Solutions and its technicians make the final say. Free support and labor hours are not included with our computers unless stated on your receipt or invoice, it is up to our discretion.

Shipping Returns

You must obtain approval before shipping anything back to our office.
